You will enjoy these networking events with your peers, meet the members of our Women's Network Advisory Board, and hear from leading women in Boston who will share their professional journeys and reflect on the most important issues facing working women and the business community.
The Pinnacle Awards are a highly anticipated celebration of the powerful women who are changing Greater Boston through leadership excellence in entrepreneurship, management, and lifetime achievement. This year, women in Greater Boston have once again demonstrated resilience, and impact despite global challenges. On January 30, 2026, over 1,200 attendees gathered to recognize this year’s extraordinary honorees.
Co-hosted by Deloitte and the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, Board Ready is an educational and networking program for highly talented senior executives from New England who have the interest and experience to be considered for nomination to a public company board or directorship. This program is intended to address the critical business issue of board diversity by preparing high-performing senior executives to serve on a corporate board. Members of the program participate in a series of interactive, workshop-style sessions that focus on topics ranging from personal brand to shareholder activism to legal considerations of board membership, and more.
We’d love your organization to have a seat on our Women’s Network Advisory Board and be a part of the leadership that guides our initiatives, programs, and advocacy for women in the workplace. The Advisory Board is comprised of Chamber member organizations and represent all sectors, business sizes, and backgrounds. A seat on the Advisory Board is available at the Catalyst membership level or above.
